I have a twenty five cents paper money up for bid. The date is January 2, 1900. The back is bright green. The bottom says American bank note, company Ottawa. This is in a plastic case, probably a collector had it at one time. The top circle you see in the photo. is on the outside of the plastic. I am not a collector so it is sold as is. I found it several years ago in a house lot. The bill measures 4 1/2" long x 2 1/2" wide. (not very big.) Thank you for your bid.
