Description

You're buying Rare 1976 Uncirculated  Bi-Centennial Consecutive Serial Numbered Philadelphia - C3 - A Two Dollar Notes! In Perfect Condition! I covered the serial number for security reasons! From the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing.  These were issued by the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank and were signed by Treasurer Francine I. Neff and Secretary of the Treasury William E. Simon. When the current note was first issued in 1976, it was met with general curiosity, and was seen as a collectible, not as a piece of regularly circulating currency, which the Treasury intended it to be. The main reason it failed to circulate was that businesses never really requested them as part of their normal operations to give back out in change. This failure is linked to the gradual disappearance of the former $2 United States Notes. Series 1976 on Note! Must have Confirmed address if paying with PayPal! So please Do Not  buy if you are Unconfirmed! Good luck and happy buying! Shipped out same day! Insurance optional but advised! Best deal and lowest price on Ebay!
