A Collectible Certificate from AMERICAN GENERAL INSURANCE This Company headquartered in Houston Texas is one of the Largest in the US and one of the most consistently successful. Maybe the Spirit of Old George pictured in the Vignette had something to do with that. Starting in 1926 it made it through the Great Depression by paying dividends each year when a lot of other Corporations were going under. And since then it has kept diversifying and acquiring and expanding. Quite a success story !!! The Portrait of The Father of Our Country which is featured on this Certificate is a fine one indeed. This Stock is in Very Fine Condition and is just like the one you will receive. You can pay a lot of money for this Certificate but it's yours right now at a Very Reasonable LOW, BUY-IT-NOW PRICE of $2.99! [The Certificate you will receive is essentially the same as this. Only the Owner and Number of Shares will vary. It measures about 8 inches by 12 inches. There are Punch Cancellations on the side but against a white background as pictured here they are barely visible. There is some variation in the written numbers and stamp cancels as well but on each of them the Vignette remains free and clear.] These Collectible Certificates are getting more and more scarce!
