Beautifully engraved Certificate Nr. 8050 from the Round Mountain Mining Company in Goldfield, Nevada. This cancelled historic document for 100 shares of a gold mining company, issued in Goldfield, June 5, 1922, is hand signed by the President and the Secretary of the comp[any. It is also countersigned by the Registrar of the Anglo-California Trust Company in San Francisco, CA, and stamped June 5, 1922. It has an embossed company seal, and is printed by Gast Bank Note Co St. Louis. The vignette shows the portrait of a young boy. The cancellation stamp is dated 2/20/23. Attached is part of a Transfer Certificate, showing that the original certificate of November 24, 1908, was transferred to John L. Williams and Sons on June 5, 1922. This vintage certificate is in good condition, with usual light toning and two short tears to the margin. It also has a few pin holes and was folded.
