These notes have NEVER been out of the protective inert plastic holders (each in it's own envelope), as it was sent to me by The BEP. Upon delivery I immediately removed each note (still inside its protective plastic holder) from the folders they were mounted in. This helps to avoid the effect of possible indentations (in the corners) where the plastic sleeves are mounted. This was suggested to me by a currency dealer and could help increase the grade if these notes get sent in for certification. It is better to store them inside the folder without being heldin the envelope by all corners. Currency collecters know this to be important- So I followed their advice....
