Rare, original stock certificate for 1 share of the Spuyton Duyvil and Port Morris Railroad Company signed by William H. Vanderbilt as president and Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jr. as treasurer. Issued to Gouverneur Morris and transferred on the back by him to William H. Vanderbilt. Certificate # 11, dated May 10, 1870.
